| Guest comments | A very nice hotel in a prime location. I found the room very comfortable and the bed afforded a really good nights sleep. The cooked breakfast wasn't all that brilliant and was pricey too! |

| Guest comments | This is an excellent location to stay in Perth and a very lovely hotel. The only complaint I would have is the smell of smoke in the corridor, which I didn't find in my room. Very comfortable beds, which I look for in a hotel.
Very friendly staff also.
