| Guest comments | This hotel is next to a major highway, and currently numerous construction sites and industry. Noise is a major deterrent from ever using this hotel again and the pricing is considerably expensive in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding area. |

| Guest comments | This hotel is very convenient for South Bank - theatres, art gallaries etc. It is basic but comfortable enough and we would go there again. The aircon in our room developed a (noisy) malfunction in the middle of the night - but this was dealt with quickly by the management. We felt well looked after.

| Guest comments | My apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, although they seemed a bit reluctant to do more than the minimum. Internet was the usual hotel rip off--29 AUD a day for only an ethernet cable because my particular room was a weak spot for wireless (according to the telephone helpline). |

| Guest comments | We arrived at South Brisbane by the Airport train and headed in the general direction of the hotel on Montague Rd, but because the street does not go right to Grey St we walked some distance to find the hotel as the large sign on the post on Grey St could not be seen from the street before. Better sinage from the train station would have helped as it is verv convenient to all the entertainment facilities for walkers. |
