| Guest comments | There are three (3) main gripes, these are:
(1) The deluxe rooms are extremely small and suited only for business travellers - not for a couple on a holiday.
(2) The staff don't come accross as being polite - the interactions seemed abrupt and dismissive.
(3) Room service is slow. |

| Guest comments | The room had a nice wiew over Macau, but it should be more like a room in an old 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. I did not have breakfast (not included) so I cannot say anything about that. Anyway the location and service was OK, so I have nothing to complain about, also the room was clean and price was OKl |
