| Guest comments | The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast good, very near the metro station. I was pleasantly surprised, and would happily return. I got a complimentary upgrade, and was very satisfied with the value for price and entire experience. |

| Guest comments | The Royal Peacock Hotel is in a very good location and it is easy to get around Singapore from this point. Being in Chinatown also had its advantages as far as cheap eating and shopping goes. The only real down side to the hotel was the room had no windows but for the short time you spend in your room I guess it doesn't really matter. For the price I had no complaints and would suggest it to other travellers on a budget. |

| Guest comments | My room was very dissappointing. I was told at check in that the aircon in my room was not working and would be fixed the next day. They could not give me an alternative room. There was mould growing on the ceiling above the bed and around a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The large aircon unit outside my window was noisey so I couldn't have a window open. |
