This was a more typical hotel setting, though there was parking available. We had a nice stay and the room was very nice. There was a fire alarm while we were there, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall, very nice but a little pricey if you intend to spend your time in town.

amazing views from the windows, easy walk into town for restaurants and shops. definitely worth upgrading to suite

Excellent quality hotel. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and mountains. The service was first class and the location for access into Queenstown was ideal. Would certainly stay here again when next in NZ.
