| Guest comments | Second stay within 2 months. This time included 2 weekends in the stay. the hotel, position, staff, etc are good, in fact better than expected. Helpful & Friendly; but the hotel is aging and its fitments are now to the point where upgrade, room renovation, et el are required. Notwithstanding quite ok for a short term stay but I am not sure about long term. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is very good, the service and facilities very good. No complaints except for a two free drink vouchers clearly stating use anywhere but not for room service. The vouchers were unacceptable at the hotel Flannagans Bar. |

| Guest comments | When I arrived there was a 10 minute wait in a queue to check in. Then they were unable to locate my booking through HotelClub and that took them another 10 minutes. The room was adequate, clean etc and there is a good Irish bar downstairs, but the disorganized front desk disappointed. The following day I simply left rather than bother to check out. |

| Guest comments | The location is not the best if one wants to easily reach by foot some restaurants, etc., but it is the closest to the UN building, if one has to go there.
The service is rather good, except that the reception sometimes seems to have too few staff.
Breakfast is not really up to 4 stars. In room-dining can be okay, but sometimes it appears as if the food had been prepared quite a while ago and just fried again, thus being dry and not so tasty (spring chicken, etc.) |

| Guest comments | I was very happy with the hotel and the service. The staff were very polite, friendly and most helpful. I had a very good standard room. The location was very good - close to restaurants, shops, a Catholic church. |

| Guest comments | Very good hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Well situated for central jakarta and access to the busway ( avoid traffic jams! ), malls and restaurants. |

| Guest comments | sari Pan Pacific one of the best hotel's location in jakrta with a good price , you are close from everything such as : malls , restruants and banks .
if i go back to jakrta sure i will love to stay again there |
