| Guest comments | good location, but definitely a business mans hotel. Good choice for breakfast, and centrally located for perth. |

| Guest comments | Compared with the Duxton, we enjoyed our brief stay at the Sheraton Perth.
The bar was humming and we dined at Origins which was a very enjoyable experience. Altogether a much livelier and vibtant experience than the "dull" Duxton! |

| Guest comments | Great location, 15 mins walk to Barrack Street Ferry or Hay Street [or the Red Cat is 5 mins away] - expensive to eat in but room was small and functional... a bit dated decor wise, especially bathrooms but overall it's fine if you're not fussy |

| Guest comments | The room we stayed in was a little tired and worn. The shower in the room was difficult to operate. In need of a new pool and shower facilities by the pool. Should think of incoporating a lap pool and doing up rooms on 13 floor. |
