| Guest comments | Upside: 1. Coming in from Hong Kong, it was nice that the hotel had a free shuttle from the ferry terminal to the hotel. 2. Very nice and clean bathrooms 3. Housekeeping is diligent in cleaning the room every morning, changing the towels and re-stocking the bathroom amenities. 4. Good location, most of the must-see sights can be done by walking from the hotel. 5. The bus stop is located just a short walk from the hotel which is convenient.
Downside: 1. Had a hard time speaking with the staff as they are not so fluent in English; they could speak the language but had a problem with comprehension. 2. Would have been nice to have a sign where to find the shuttle instead of waiting around trying to catch a glimpse of the hotel sign posted on the bus windshield.
Will definitely stay again in this hotel and will recommend to friends.

| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The beautiful landmarks are just afew minutes walk away. The room rates are not expensive, too. The hotel staff and guards are helpful and friendly. We'll definitely stay in this hotel again. |

| Guest comments | Rooms are spacius and comfortable. Very near to the tourist spots, restaurants and casinos, all within walking distance. But make sure you know the Chinese name of the hotel if you want to take a taxi there, most of the driver do not know the English name of it.
If you are a non-smoker, remember to request for a non-smoking room when you proceed with booking, most of the rooms are smoking room. Non-smoking zone is not a comment thing in Macau. |

| Guest comments | Liked it for its central location. Close proximity to places of interest (10 mins walk to Senado Square). Lots of eateries located nearby (the famous Margaret's Portuguese Tart is located just across the street). And the bus-stops nearby have many buses, makes it easy for one to go to any places to and fro the hotel.
Hotel service is good. It has free shuttle service to/fro Ferry Terminal and New Yaohan.
Hotel ambience is good. For Casino, Lisboa is just a short walk away.
In Summary, will choose the same hotel again for my next visit |

| Guest comments | the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very cozy, the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only concern though was I specifically requested for a non-smoking room, but we were placed on a smoking room. But it didn't cause any problems since the room didn't have any nasty smell whatsoever. So in general, I was very satisfied and would indeed return to that hotel on my next visit to Macau. |

| Guest comments | I really enjoyed the 3 nights stay at sintra. Though externally the facade of the hotel building is not that pleasant looking, but it is super nice and clean inside. Besides, it is centrally located and the staff is really polite and helpful. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel if I were to go macau again. |
