| Guest comments | is a very good hotel, very clean, everywhere between 5 - 7mins walking distance, good food surrounding, only 15mins to macau airport....etc, i stay for 3 nights there, feel very comfortable, staff very friendly and very helpfull especialy the bell boy, but i forgot his name, he is a very good person i ever met!!! |

| Guest comments | There is no balcony but the room was spacious & clean. Hotel staffs were polite & the bellboy was extremely helpful & friendly. He helped me to hail a taxi to the airport by waving madly by the roadside, which was pretty funny. Hotel is conveniently located, just opposite a big departmental store, Yaohan, & within 15 mins walking distance from popular tourist sites. Taxi from ferry terminal to the hotel cost about MOP25 and from hotel to airport was about MOP55. |

| Guest comments | it was just opposite the Grand Emperor Hotel, the location is strategic, however cant find restaurant easily, luckly the transport in Macau is very convenient and most of it is f.o.c. So the location is not a big problem. |

| Guest comments | Upside: 1. Coming in from Hong Kong, it was nice that the hotel had a free shuttle from the ferry terminal to the hotel. 2. Very nice and clean bathrooms 3. Housekeeping is diligent in cleaning the room every morning, changing the towels and re-stocking the bathroom amenities. 4. Good location, most of the must-see sights can be done by walking from the hotel. 5. The bus stop is located just a short walk from the hotel which is convenient.
Downside: 1. Had a hard time speaking with the staff as they are not so fluent in English; they could speak the language but had a problem with comprehension. 2. Would have been nice to have a sign where to find the shuttle instead of waiting around trying to catch a glimpse of the hotel sign posted on the bus windshield.
Will definitely stay again in this hotel and will recommend to friends.

| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The beautiful landmarks are just afew minutes walk away. The room rates are not expensive, too. The hotel staff and guards are helpful and friendly. We'll definitely stay in this hotel again. |

| Guest comments | Rooms are spacius and comfortable. Very near to the tourist spots, restaurants and casinos, all within walking distance. But make sure you know the Chinese name of the hotel if you want to take a taxi there, most of the driver do not know the English name of it.
If you are a non-smoker, remember to request for a non-smoking room when you proceed with booking, most of the rooms are smoking room. Non-smoking zone is not a comment thing in Macau. |
