| Guest comments | The lack of a lift was a little frustrating. Having to lug over 10kgs of luggage up 48 steps was not very good. The Hotel was very cosy but the room was too small. |

| Guest comments | This hotel was a complete disappointment. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had been used. The air conditioners were too loud. There was not a parking spot even though the hotel falsely advertised that there is secure off street parking. It was inconvenient to wait until 0800 until the office opened to check out. The hotel looks very dilapidated and the receptionist was rude. The property is not 3 star. I will not be staying there again. |
