| Guest comments | I had just returned from overseas and enjoyed a relaxing stay before heading home. The staff were all helpful and pleasant plus the breakfast was great. I would stay there again when in Melbourne. |

| Guest comments | This hotel is very conveniently located, being close enough to walk to good shopping, or leave the car behind and catch a tram into the city. Staff were very friendly, Dinner and Breakfast was excellent.
An electric blanket would have just been something extra. |

| Guest comments | THe Parkview continues to meet my needs for a stay in Melbourne. It is well located close to the city and trams. The rooms I have had on 2 occasions are spaciours, good quality and well maintained. Room service which I used most of the time over 3 days excellent. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and will return. |

| Guest comments | Very convenient quiet spot close to city and on tram. Spacious room with all facilities needed. Separate dressing area/wardrobe apart from bedroom good. Some biscuits with tea/coffee facility would be a small welcome addition when one arrives very late (as I did). Will make a repeat booking in a month. |

| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay at the Parkview St Kilda Road Hotel. It was all that we expected of the rating. It is reasonably central to the the city, 5 minute tram ride. The hotel is clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. |

| Guest comments | I enjoyed myself because there was plenty of space for casual activity but the evening dinner space was impressive. Excellent food. Selection of in house movies in the room was also very good. |
