| Guest comments | Overall we found this to be an excellent hotel, very central but fairly quiet. I like their ideas to help "save the planet" Only problem was with housekeeping who, on the day they were supposed to service our room, had not done so by 3pm in the afternoon. |

| Guest comments | The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, a few things let this stay down. 1. Waiting 90 mins for room service (one dish only) and getting the 'we've been busy' 'excuse'. 'Busy' is NOT an excuse - the idea is to be 'busy' and to be able to deal efficiently with being 'busy'!. 2. Fox 8 and the Lifestyle channel are not interchangeable! Eventually I realised the reason there were so many wrestling and police car chase shows was that the channel listed as Lifestyle was yet another sports channel - bring back the Lifestyle channel! 3. Both towels fell from the rack above the toilet into the bowl (possibly not the best place for these). One was redeemable, the other wasn't. 4. There was no assistance with luggage once I had checked out, and getting bags onto the airport shuttle bus was a bit difficult. 5. Tables at Harry's restaurant at breakfast were dirty and unwiped. Also - possibly the worst coffee ever served (and there's no excuse for this in Melbourne). |

| Guest comments | We stayed for 3 nights as a stop over on our way to New Zealand and found the hotel to be very well located for access to the city sights,restaurants etc.The hotel staff were all very helpful and well informed. The room was very clean and comfortable with the best pillows ever.Would definitely stay there again. |
