Guest commentsVery spacious and clean room and bathroom. The suite is pleasant and well equiped as expected for a 5 stars class hotel. The swimming pool complexe of 6 outdoor pools is a must. Very good casino and resort.

Guest commentsWell maintained and very clean. There are shops in the first few floors and a food court with lots of stalls to choose from. Food prices average. The pool was under renovation. However, the place is so huge that it takes quite sometime to get help/service, especially with luggage. We had to drag our luggage from the check-in counter to our suite and back to the check out counter as it was faster than waiting for the concierge. Check-in/check-out, however, was a breeze. There's security before entering the elevators going to the suites (you need to show your key card) but the security personnel was not that friendly, somewhat treating everyone entering as a potential gate crasher. We walked around outside the Venetian but there's no other place to go to. Location from the Airport is about a 5 minute-drive, 15 minutes from the city. A long 10 minute-walk going to the shuttle buses going to the ferry & Sands casino. I would recommend a little improvement with regard to the service.

Guest commentsVery bad service, worst than 3 start hotels. The shuttle bus is available to anyone not only hotel guests. We queued 30min for a shuttle bus (wasn’t a busy day). At the hotel the driver disappeared and left our luggage inside the boot. There are no bellboys or trolleys at the bus stop, so push the bags yourself. Checking in- they lost our reservation. Sorry you have to pay again (money was refunded after). Checking out- The bellboy took 30min to get to the room. We had to beg him to go with us immediately as he wanted to do something else 1st. I was allowed to follow the bellboy but my wife had to go trough a different corridor cos she was carrying our 2yo baby, and under 18s are not allowed in the casino area. Guess what? She went lost and we missed our return flight. The hotel looks impressive on the outside and in the canals area but rooms are below average. Better stay at the [other hotel name] and take advantage of the free shuttle to go there and take pictures, play, eat and shop

Guest commentsThe Venetian Macau Resort is very nice. But I won't recommend it for someone with kids. Although there are kid friendly routes, it's quite bothersome to follow them. But overall for adults it's great.
