We were on the Globus "Italian Treasures" tour which I would recommend most highly.

We had a great time in Rome and Florence. I recommend that travellers book tickets to popular sites and museums ahead of time to avoid long lines. We walked past a mile long line into the Vatican museum because we had prebooked a tour. The automatic ticket machines at the train stations were easy to use.
