Hotel should have list of eating places located in nearby locations. Some local eating places could help make it an interesting stay.

The hotel should also arrange for sight-seeing tour around JB eg. Angsana Shopping Centre, Durian farm, Ceramic factory and etc.

JB is a great place for a weekend escape from Singapore - cheap shopping , plenty of restaurant choice. Easy to walk around, though be wary of the many dark alleyways at night.

It is not far from the airport and I like the location because it is near the water front and quiet (if one enjoys peace and quiet). One needs to walk or take a cab for a variety of restaurant. I did not have the opportunity to try good restaurant because of time. I did try to locate a dim sum restaurant but that was closed.
