A tour of the Kremlin, Armoury, Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral is definitely worthwhile as is a visit to the Tretyakov Art Gallery.
A visit to Lenin's Tomb is well worth a pass!! Arbat Street is worth an afternoon's visit whether or not you are an avid shopper!
