J Cottis 29 May 2003
Stayed at  Citta Di Milano - Venice, Italy.
No noise or pollution from cars, buses etc. You can walk almost everywhere, and get a boat the rest of the way. If you're over 40 don't go to the Campo St. Margarita for dinner!

B Olujic 02 May 2003
Stayed at  Weber Ambassador, Hotel - Capri Island, Italy.
Nice but not cheap! We had dinner at various restaurants on the island and I can't say any were bad.

E Geradts 06 April 2003
Stayed at  Top Hotel Park Bologna - Bologna, Italy.
I found the centre of Bologna very beautiful and worth the visit. I came for the Children's Book Fair and did not visit much else.

R Urbine 26 March 2003
Stayed at  Fontebella, Hotel - Assisi, Italy.
Assisi is a wonderful medieval town to visit with very interesting sites.

N Nicolson 22 March 2003
Stayed at  Duomo - Pisa, Italy.
Pisa is a tourist trap, but remains worth seeing. One day is more than enough for all sights.

R Faro 21 March 2003
Stayed at  Hilton Rome Airport - Rome, Italy.
We were on the Globus "Italian Treasures" tour which I would recommend most highly.

R Boger 14 March 2003

Loved Rome.

B Hall 14 March 2003
Stayed at  Subasio - Assisi, Italy.
Traveled by car.

F Wallace 26 February 2003
Stayed at  Turin Palace Hotel - Turin, Italy.
Not incredibly keen on Turin, But very warm people.

G Klinksiek 25 February 2003
Stayed at  Hilton Rome Airport - Rome, Italy.
I loved Cinque Terre--it was pristine--walking between towns was wonderful. Also people were some of the happiest people I've ever met.

Also absolutely loved Sienna--Duomo and Piaaza.

Florence was hectic but historicals sights are marvelous.
