Boracay is a great place for getting away from it all and just taking it easy. Being so small though it is better experienced just as a short break. However, the watersports are very good and no big budget is needed to enjoy these or the food and drink.

Boracay is heaven for Scuba diving. There are other good activities, such as sailing and golfing (expensive), but the weather did not permit us to try the latter. The nightlife is also good. And it has a wide slection of restaurants, with both local food and international dishes for all price ranges.
