Stayed at Zimbali Lodge - Zimbali Estate, South Africa.

Go for three nights - that's just right. If you are an avid golfer, then maybe four. Ten minutes away is the town of Ballito which has one or two nice seafood restaurants and a beach (swimming in sea allowed) as opposed to Zimbali where the beach is accessible but swimming in the sea is forbidden.
