San Sebastian is a very clean city compared to other Spanish towns, however, the town is not as lively as southern spanish cities. The beaches are nice, but nothing outrageous. The Basque cuisine is one of the renowned foods in the world, and there are many great restaurants. Great seafoods and wines. Nice to visit for food, quiet vacation with a great food, but not recomended for people looking for Spanish style crazy partying. There are a few clubs and very clean and safe unlinke regular Spanish cities.
