Stayed at Hilton Hua Hin Resort And Spa - Hua Hin, Thailand.

There was a number of seafood restaurants to choose from but we were pretty happy with our choice (Chao Lay). Although it was quite crowded with more locals, the seafood was fresh & not pricy. Recommended.

Played golf at Palm Hills Golf and Country Club 6 times during our stay. Low season and not many others on the course. Good conditions on the course and friendly staff. The Hua Hin Brewing Company Restaurant and bar was excellent (co-located with Hilton) with live music and very good food and beer. The Italian Mamma Mia! restaurant can also be warmly recommended.

Stayed at Hua Hin Blue Wave Beach Resort - Hua Hin, Thailand.

The resort offered tours, which I did not use. The resort retaurant was very good, and I ate off the property only once. The free van service was very convenient for visiting Hua Hin and shopping. I came by bus from Bangkok, and the resort will pick you up when it coincides with their van service.

Hua Hin is great, as there are not the crowds of foreigners and backpackers that you get in other places around Thailand.

Stayed at Chiva-Som International Health Resort - Hua Hin, Thailand.

The Spa is outstanding and the list of treatments is breathtaking - try the flotation tank!! To get the best from this retreat, you need to commit yourself to the Chiva Som way - don't be surprised to see residents in bathrobes at the constantly walking around and even in the restaurant. The food, all calarie/fat counted, is truly natural and delicious - my best memory.

Not as high profile as Phuket, or Phattaya. Sleepy town to get away from the hussles of the workday. Good selection of restaurants within five minutes walk from hotel.
