Great location along Gran Via. Walking distance to the grand palace, Sol and Plaza Mayor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Free wi-fi! Callao metro just outside the hotel. Very accessible. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location with clean rooms at very good pricing

It's a perfect location whether you want culture, delicious food, great cocktails - it's all just a couple of minutes' walk in all directions! And the hotel itself is great too!

Great location. Quite at night, great pastry cafe across the road (go downstairs). View from rooftop awesome. Subway next door. Good bed and wifi free but plug into correct point or there's a cost. (ask reception)

Exellent hotel, perfectly located in the middle of everything. Nice buffet breakfast, big clean rooms, not noisy. The best!

Room is clean and tidy. Reception desk staffs are friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning is not functioning properly. It was just a few degrees outside but inside is very hot. No matter how we tune the air conditioner, it seemed not responding. Location is excellent as it is in the heart of the city with all transportations in close vicinity.

good central hotel-you can walk to all the interesting museums and palace within 15-20 minutes.Good buffet breakfast provided at the hotel.

This Hotel is right on the main Gran Via Street in Madrid. The hotel has been refurbished I would say over the past 12 months and it is a very nice Hotel. The decor is modern and the room was of a very good size with a good bathroom. The service was very good at reception with a helpful and friendly manner and they spoke good English which is always good to receive. The location is very good with access to the Metro Undergrounds close by and walking distance to tourist attractions. The Main Train station is only a 10 minute taxi ride as well. We travelled to the airport on Saturday morning and it only took us only 15 minutes because traffic was low. Overall a very good Hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great hotel, location and service. The people at the Front Desk were every so helpful. I had a dilema where my wallet was stolen whilst on the train and when I got to the hotel and advised them, they were ever so sympathetic and offered assistance and checked that we were okay up until we checked out. Enjoyed my stay immensely!!! Would recommend it to everyone travelling to Madrid.

had a very good large room - excellent service - excellent checkin with multilingual and effecient and very pleasant staff on the front desk. Willing to oblige with things like ice and extra glasses if you are entertaining. Mini bar is not topped up during the stay which seems to be a Spanish thing - ie you have to ask. Very well located in the middle of the Gran Via with amazing views from rooms on upper levels

Located in centre of Madrid and perfect for tourist. Plenty of resturants and cafes close by, and recommend you go out for breakfast, a lot cheaper. Decor is modern and "weird", with lots of black tiles and walls "very art-deco", but highly recommended.
