Room is small (after putting the luggage on the floor, no space to move around in the room) but clean. Plus point is that it is near tokyo station.

location is great, next to TKY station. rate is ok, basic room, very small. Staff friendly and helpful. location near many restaurants.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. Would stay there again without hestitation.
