Yasaka Saigon Nhatrang Hotel Reviews

For a hotel that claims to be 4 star it left less to be desired. We had cockroaches in our guest room. The hotel seemed to be unfazed when we tried to explain what cockroaches were. Lucky I took pictures. Our level (6) had all of the room doors open for fumigation so we knew something was up. The hotel is located a short taxi trip away from the centre of all of the shopping strips & restaurants. Breakfast was no where near a 4 star breakfast with lost of Asian food/soups and not much of a great “western variety”. We decided to eat next door at the sunrise hotel for breakfast which was beautiful. The hotel had a great tour company which we booked a lovely one day island cruise from as well as motorbikes. At check out we were serviced by a lady with no personality called Trinh. She was downright rude and did not thank us for our stay (I would not expect this from a 4 star hotel). I would rate this hotel 3 star with a 4 star price.
