Nice, clean hotel, great location and very pleasant staff attending. Food outlets pretty average but with Orchard road near that really did not matter. Definitely a place to stay again.

Overall stay was ok, I just noticed that the staff doesn't know how to smile and greet their guests.

Food very ordinary and expensive. Internet charges outrageous $80 for one week. Superior rooms poor value for money. DOmestic staff very helpful. Front office staff a bit snooty.

Air conditioning in room did not work, absolutely froze each nights stay. Reception staff very short on responses. Location was great, easy access to main streets.

We requested for a Queen Bed but they gave us 2 single bed ( not even single deluxe ) without telling when we check in. Upon calling them they said they will replace us if it is available the next day. They did not even apologise or followup on this matter. The lightings were flickering and we have to use paper to help fix the card key into the slot to stop it. We told them but they dont even bother. As a whole, the price is consider good because of the reward redemption and location.

around 10 mins walk to orchard road. a little bit expensive but considering the prices of hotels in singapore i think this is a steal since it is near orchard road.
